Returns

Life+Gear, Inc. strives to provide the best quality products and service to meet the high standards our customers deserve. In the event it is necessary to return products, customers should follow the procedure outlined below. Please note the following Return Policies established by Life+Gear, Inc.:

DAMAGED/DUPLICATE/INCORRECT PRODUCT RETURN

If your shipment arrives damaged by the carrier, please refuse the shipment, and ask the driver to note the damage on the BOL (Bill of Landing). If the damage is discovered after the product has already been accepted, please send pictures of any damage caused by the carrier within 5 business days on receipt of the shipment to obtain an RMA number. Life+Gear will replace damaged or incorrect product. Return shipping charges will be covered for duplicate and incorrect product at the amount of a standard FedEx or UPS Ground charge. Life+Gear will pay for the shipment of replacement product. Any shipment received without an RMA number clearly labeled on the shipment and/or RMA Credit Request Form included in the package will result in a loss of credit for the returned items.

ALL OTHER RETURNS

If you wish to return an item(s) for other than the above reasons you must request an authorization within 10 days of the receipt of your order. The following must be adhered to for returns to be accepted:

  • Request a return authorization number (RMA)
  • Product must be returned in the original Life+Gear packaging.
  • RMA number must be clearly marked on the package(s).
  • A copy of the packing list that came with the original shipment.

 

NO PRODUCT RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED BY LIFE+GEAR WITHOUT A VALID RMA NUMBER.

By choosing to request a RMA from Life+Gear, Inc, it is implied that customer agrees to the terms of the Return Policy as stated above
